elizabeth travelsight, danm '10, world savvy: think beyond your borders

Elizabeth Travelsight, DANM '10, is currently in her second year as Media & Art Program Associate for World Savvy, a national education non-profit.  She runs their Bay Area Media & Arts Program, where she works with a cohort of 16-20 middle and high school teachers to help them realize a creative learning project that introduces a global theme or issue into their classroom curriculum.  The program year culminates with the Media & Arts Festival in May at the Children's Creativity Museum in downtown San Francisco.  This job keeps her on her toes and allows her to continue to develop interesting conceptual art projects that engage children and young adults (which was a primary interest of hers while at DANM) You can learn more about the program here: http://worldsavvy.org/youth-engagement/media-and-arts-program/
