Wednesday, February 25, 2015 - 8:00pm to 9:30pm
DARC 206

On Wednesday, February 25, Joel Slayton, director of the Zero1 Biennial, will give a preview of the upcoming Biennial and will discuss the history of the event, which is the largest digital art and culture biennial in the US.

Along with learning about the show and Zero1, this will also be a great chance to meet with an exceptionally thoughtful, insightful colleague who has been on the forefront of digital culture for three decades.

The Institute for Arts and Sciences has planned this event specifically to give UC Santa Cruz students, faculty, and staff an inside look at Zero1 and the Biennial. For those who are interested in getting involved in future iterations of the show, this is a great opportunity to meet Joel and hear more about what's going on over the hill.
