Stacey Mason is a writer, critic, and researcher of electronic literature. Her work focuses on the intersection of games and interactive literature, exploring what the two forms might learn from each other. Since 2009, she has been an editor of digital literature for literary hypertext publisher Eastgate Systems and is a contributing editor for HTLit.com, a site that promotes reading, writing, teaching and criticism of electronic literature. She also writes about feminism and gaming culture, and advocates for women in gaming and tech industries.
 

Research Interests: 

Research interests include gaming, narratology, electronic literature, agency, narrative immersion, cross-media adaptation, glitch art, nerd culture, and women in tech.
