The idea is to include users and developers, artists who are interested in them or are doing art to increase awareness of them or are actually creating energy. The best possible outcome is for this panel to lead to a synergy of different approaches and allow everyone involved to leave with new ideas worth pursuing.
This pannel will be run as a round table discussion rather than a present your paper.

Bio fuel is slightly overdone, large scale electric energy production is the aim, methan is used, it's not all or nothing many different ideas should be represented and possibilities explored as non-competitive ideas
