1! Public Browser and Facilitation Window (Idea #1)

• When it is open the tag/view panel will not be present.
• The screen will be filled with a single image chosen by participants/facilitators. The image will be animated to open on its own the video. If there is no image decided by participants there would be a default color.
• The facilitation video will be in the center, and there will be two links to participant’s page and info about group. When you click info a window will come over the video and have the info about the group.
• The image that fills the background picture becomes small (twice size of regular thumbnail) and becomes an icon.
• When you close the facilitation window and it becomes the icon, the floating search panel (or view search window) appears. The search panel adjusts its size to content i.e. tags and number of tags.
• The name of the site will always be on the browser page title.

2! Public Participant Page:

• When you click on participants from the facilitation window, it brings you to a window that will replace the video window (video will shrink and dissolve) and the new window will have different thumbs to participant’s pages (that can be pictures of participants). When you click on a participant picture thumb it takes you to a participant bio and the picture is placed at the top left. There will be a back button to go back to participant pictures.
• In the participant page there is a link to participants works (that the participant has chosen to be public). The link will take you a browser page that is already customized to that participants work.
• The background image remains but is faded or masked.

• A window with the information of the site and a close button.
• The background image remains but is faded or masked.

Notes for the Future: Think about the user group/group/participant/group of participant question. There are clusters of people that are doing things different from other cluster and they are not represented on the site right now. The current groups is not being used. Notion of collective self-representation.

Idea to eliminate individual identities. There are only groups and sites. User groups will be composed of participants but participants don’t have individual identities i.e. individual passwords. User page becomes user group page. Your forced to think about yourself collectively and the participation model is collective. You can’t be collective.
