10:00 - Introductions

Meet the DANM Staff including:

• Our Chair, Sharon Daniel
• Program Manager, Felicia Rice
• Program Assistant, Cris Imai
• Technical Coordinator, Lyle Troxell <- that's me!
• Technical Assistant and Equipment Curu, Lesly Cuevas
• And everyone will introduce themselves.

11:00 Keys and Accounts

• You will get a key to the mail room and your shared student office.

• We will set you up with a danm.ucsc.edu user account.

12:00 Lunch

We will visit the Collage 8/ Oaks Collage dinning hall.

1:30 Photo and Video

Joshua McVeigh-Shultz, a second year DANM student, will do some hands on tips about video work. (bring a video camera if you have one) We will also do a photo shoot of the incoming class, so dress nice ;-)

3:30 Formal day ends

Spend more time shooting video, or getting settled in your new office.
