This Orientation get's you ready for being here at UCSC as a DANM graduate student. We cover a lot of the details of your Teaching Assistant responsibilities, your responsibilities in being a student in the program, and we also get your hands dirty with some equipment usage.
This workshop is managed by me and I pull in lots of people to help out. If you want to help out, let me know.
Workshop Times / Location
- We will be doing this workshop at Porter in room D-245 except when noted.
- 10am to 5pm with a lunch break (we will eat together)
- Week 1: Tuesday September 8th through Friday September 11th
- Week 2: Monday September 14th through Friday September 18th
- Open to incoming DANM Students and continuing students with a confirmation from Lyle.
