I just joined the program in September 2007 as Program Assistant. As of this writing (5th day on the job) I am still figuring out exactly what that means -- other than that now Felicia and Lyle will have a bit more help -- but I'll keep you posted.

Who, me? I'm a Santa Cruz native, graduate of UCSB (the beach version of UCSC), a sociologist by education; much of my professional life has revolved around marketing communications, along with public relations, business planning and development, and logistics. I have worked with digital media since 1990, catching the initial wave of "desktop publishing" and doing some basic graphic design. One of my greatest interests in digital art & new media lies in how they are changing the landscape of communication and information gathering.<br><br>
I'm very happy to be working with Felicia and Lyle, and looking forward to meeting and working with the rest of the group.
