Faculty Researcher Interview and Analysis
Your assignment for the quarter will consist of identifying and interviewing a faculty member whose research intersects with your own in some way. You should spend some time this week looking at faculty lists and research interests and then narrow your preference down to three potential interviewees. You should begin by looking at the DANM faculty list but you are welcome to explore the research interests of faculty across campus. (See projects page)
You will be responsible for contacting the faculty researcher you wish to interview and scheduling the interview. To prepare for the interview you should read/screen/view a significant number of your interviewee's publications, projects, etc. and develop a list of questions. Interviews must be recorded (video or audio) edited (if necessary) and posted on the wiki along with a 500 word analysis/statement of the relationship/influence of this work to your own - this is your final project for this course.
