festival /Film Screenings

In collaboration with the Santa Cruz Film Festival (SCFF site), the DANM Festival will present some rare historical works that have been very influential in the development of digital art along with other films done by prominent contemporary artists. It will include works by John Whitney, Steina and Woody Vasulka, Jennifer Montgomery and Harun Farocki . The screening will be introduced by David Crane (UCSC, DANM Faculty) and will take place on Friday, May 5 from 8.30 to 10.30 pm at UCSC (TA Media Theater M110).
