Staying Organized (What other kinds of things will help us stay organized?)
- Contacts – create Google spreadsheet of contacts
(name, org, phone, cell, email, IM, Skype, amount of communication, level of commitment, other notes.)
- Finances – create Google spreadsheet of projected, raised and actual costs
- Release forms – Look up various kinds of release forms are necessary for this project
- Community Partnership contracts – Draft/Find contract samples for partnerships, shared licensing and other sub-contractors.
- Non-profit status? – Research becoming a c3 organization, or finding a fiscal sponsor (ugh).
- Create a paper organization system: files, scan paperwork, etc
