Hi, My name is Nada Miljković -Нада миљковић I am an alumni of the DANM program.

Fall of 2009 I'll be back on campus CAing for Soraya Murray's class HAVC 80, Video Games as Visual Culchah. Woohooo, I sure am happy about it!

In my last quarter, spring 2009, I'll TAed for Maria Evangalatou in her HAVC 139 - Islamic Art class also in the History of Art and Visual Culture department.

I was also mentioned briefly by the UCSC Public Affairs

Santa Cruz Film Festival.
On Friday May 15, 2009, I took first place in the 5th UCSC Graduate
Symposium. I got the Division of Art, Division Award.
I host a radio show this quarter entitled "Artists on Art". On March 17th, I interviewed the beautiful
Adia Millett who is currently at the
Sesnon. This next week, I'm really excited to have Newton and Helen Mayer
Harrison.
My most current work is for my thesis paper and project (including all the components such as the abstract, proposal, schedule and budget) entitled Balkan Song.

In the winter quarter, I am TAing for / HAVC142 Activist Art 1960 To Now Hopefully my last quarter will be in the spring 2009 and I will have the following two classes:
Quickie bio: I am an activist artist researching and exploring new media forms that inspire understanding and tolerance across diverse cultures. I work in digital print, video, net-art, radio, and performance. She is currently working on an interactive performance and video piece that searches for identity through musical traditions and inspires the participants to reflect upon gender and agency.
