octosquid?
Oh one of the projects I am working on is a Film by Lynn Hershman. It’s a documentary about women art and feminism.

Speaking about feminism and art have you seen the WACK! show at the MOCA in LA? Check it out, it’s has some amazing artist in the show. Give yourself some time to see it. There is a lot of art and it can be overwhelming.

I was producing the symposium but did many non-symposium related work. It was a crazy, intense, hair-pulling, challenging and ultimately rewarding experience. I met many amazing, talented, smart and competent people. But I am glad that project is over. I am looking forward to regular sleep and eating.

I am now at UC Irvine at a two week conference about Technology, Social Science and Art practices. I arrived late because of ISEA and am slowly getting into the swing of things. I will have more to say about SECT as the week progresses.

on another note, i think i’m finally getting into a groove with Audacity. it’s not crashing on me so much.

(i’m pretty sure at this point no one is reading this thing. good.) i have so much work to do and time is passing incomprehensibly fast. i stay home all day, won’t let myself go out and i get so little done. this is a blog to God, please help me get this behemoth of a project done. on happier note, it’s carnival time here in the mission district and horns permeate the air. unfortunately it is a little distracting. i am looking forward to string bikinis and worrying about too much sun exposure in july. job-smob. i wonder how many blog entries are titled “procrastinating.”
