This exhibition takes a contemporary look at artists, cooks, farmers, educators, and activists as a way to explore issues around food, the arts, and community and will be a weekly series from April 10 – May 11, 2013 featuring informal talks on the intersection of the arts and food. Including artists: E.G. Crichton and Susan Working, Jim Denevan, Leif Hedendal, Jerome Waag & Chris Sollars, Chelsea Wills, and others.
Opening Reception: April 10, 5:00-7:00pm. Collaborative event with Outstanding in the Field: Jim Denevan and Leah Scafe as part of the opening reception, performance artist Lauren Crux, will be serving “verbal appetizers” throughout the evening. There will be food (the real thing) and food for thought (also the real thing).
