Zoe is a Mexican-Venezuelan filmmaker, multimedia artist and producer who specializes in non-fiction interactive work.

Currently, they are an MFA candidate at UC Santa Cruz in the Digital Arts + New Media program in the Experimental Play project group. Previously, they were a project manager at the UCLA Center for Research in Engineering, Media and Performance (REMAP), where they produced and designed various interactive storytelling experiences including the Google funded Future of Storytelling effort, and local initiatives with California State Parks and other organizations. 

Research Interests: 

interactive installations, physical computing, color theory, queerness, play, meaning-making
