Sabrina Habel is completing her second year in the Digital Arts and New Media MFA program at UCSC.   She enjoys kittens, "Things that Sparkle" for 900 Alex, nightclubs, globe-trotting and fun.  Her current thesis work is a multi-media series of works subverting the capitalist spectacle through creating a paradigmatic shift to an ecocentric world-order through the use of advertising, television and other mass mediated image forms.
